Great pub. Historic and picturesque and excellent food. Only criticism is that menu not changed often enough. Ladies night on Mondays which means half price for most dishes so it's always fully booked! Definitely recommend a visit.

Mercifully, there is no television in this 17th century pub, which is situation in a beautiful spot, with tables outside for summer visits and a big log fire during the colder months. The sparky young staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they also extremely...More
