Walk along the towpath towards Marlborough and experience the locks and surroundings very peaceful and plenty to see including the locks in working order with the traffic of barges coming through who s occupants are very friendly

Had a walk up the towpath and a look at the boats.Coffee and a bite to eat in a nice tearoom nr the bridge. If you like antiques then this is the place for you, otherwise ok.More

If you don't live near to canals, then on a warm sunny day you will find this walk interesting. When we went it was hot, and a ice cream and short walk were enjoyable. It's a photographic opportunity, but not worth hours of traveling!More
