Dachau Palace exterior was bit of a disappointment compared to the more scenic old town buildings. The surrounding garden was nice for a stroll though and the hilltop location offered a good vantage point for Dachau and Munich.

What a view, lovely garden and free. The views are spectacular. I can only imagine when the gardens are in full bloom that it's a really pleasant place to be.
