During the season there is an art walk when all of the galleries are open. Some even offer wine to lubricate your wallet.

Art walks in Oregon usually include wine tasting, so I was a little disappointed by the dry experience. Ended up tracking down a place to enjoy a glass after perusing the art. Lots of interesting pieces in the participating galleries. Wine would have made this...More

The Main St Arts Distinct is the area to tour galleries and purchase art. It was an unbearable hot day--112 degrees, so we lost interest touring real fast.

We always go to the Thursday night Art Walk. Besides visiting the galleries, and talking with some of the artists, there is music. It is a much cooler way to explore the district at night

Beautiful art and lots of it... but this is expensive high end stuff. Ironically, it’s close to the super cheesy tourist shops too. Nice stuff to look at — but not in our budget!

Was enamored with the old arts district of Scottsdale. Some beautiful stores with amazing pieces of art. Nice restaurants and shops as well.

There is an art walk along Main on Thursday nights (not so in the hotter summer months). Most of the galleries are open there, in addition to restaurants and bars.
