Went to Suns game and the experience was shining. Easy to access the Arena, Employees were friendly, and the arena has plenty of bathrooms, the food options were varied and average, bars and drink options were plentiful. Heading to see Rod Stewart this summer and all seats look pretty good to me.

We were in town to visit my son and his wife over Thanksgiving break and attended the Phoenix Suns/ Detroit Pistons game. We were able to go down on the floor when both teams were warming up before the game and we had a suite which was really nice. They had a nice variety of food, drinks, snacks and two people to wait on us. The seats were very comfortable and we could easily see the game. It was an awesome Experience!!

My family and I attended the Lakers/Suns game. The arena is a great place to watch a game. Parking was easy. My only less than ideal experience was that after I had entered the arena and passed through security, I had a member of the security team on the other side of the arena practically chase me down and confiscate my camera because it had a detachable lens. I had to leave it at guest services and retrieve it after the game was over. I could not find a policy which prohibited that type of camera. I didn't argue because I wanted to enjoy the game with my family. It was an overall enjoyable experience other than that. My tip is leave your camera at home and just use your phone.

Very nice arena. All seats are good seats. Game announcer knows how to get the crowd involved. Bar conveniently located at the very front.

We went to the Andrea Bocelli concert 19 February 2022 and the stadium was packed. We found the seats very very small indeed and somewhat uncomfortable, thank goodness we are not huge. Also we had difficulty seeing our seats, as the lights were not turned on. There were many elderly people, some with disabilities, who battled to get up the steps. This stadium obviously caters for younger people, it is not user friendly for elderly people.

The outside appearance has not changed, but once you step inside, you will be amazed at the newly remodeled Phoenix Suns arena!
The spectacular scoreboard, the many bars, new eating choices, the bright openness of the space and animated graphics are all great. The Suns are doing great, too! Iāve always believed working environments influences success!
The views are great now from everywhere. They are taking greatly appreciated safety precautions during the pandemic.
We finally have cup holders now :) My only disappointment is the end zone lower level seats are still not roomy enough. My knees were against the seat in front and I am an average height woman. Very difficult for anyone to enter the row without everyone having to stand up and even then it would be challenging. If u are tall or overweight you might need to order an aisle. Not a big issue during the pandemic (you have a row to yourself); but when we return to a full house...

We visited the Talking Stick Resort Arena for. Phoenix Suns basketball game. Our first impression was that the place is a little out of date. The seating bowl if fine but the consources are narrow and crowded. The food selections were interesting but very crowded.

This is the home of the Phoenix Suns in downtown Phoenix. Are parking a couple of blocks out for only $5. Which is nice. The staff here is very friendly. The Concourse is there pretty tight though. And though they do have some food options the portions are very small. They have Jim Beam Style french fries that have nothing to do with Jim Beam and no seasoning taste at all and cost you $7 to what's the equivalent of small McDonald's fries. The state lines of the seats are very nice though. They do have a nice Trinitron and screens for easy viewing throughout. Weird thing is they have their scoreboard backwards. The home team should always be on the right when you're looking at a left right scenario. If you're doing an over-under scenario the home team should be on the bottom. This is annoying to the sports fan. I do have to say that the dancers that the Suns have are probably the best I've seen in the NBA lots of enthusiasm and energy and a good-sized team.

Had tickets for Queen concert, lost my tickets. What do I do?
Stan G
Casa Grande, AZ134 contributions
It really depends on who/where you bought the tickets from and what their policy is for replacement of lost tickets. Youāll need to contact them to find out what if anything they can do. Not trying to be cynical or anything here, but I would recommend ticket insurance for future purchases. I donāt buy concert tickets without it as much as they cost these days.

I have tickets in Section 123 row 27. Anybody know how these seats are for a concert?
sjgiants
California320 contributions
Looking at the seat map, it seems your section is pretty much right next to the stage, so views are going to be of the side of the performer/s. That being said, unless you were sold it as a "restricted view" or "partial view", you should be ok. At least you're close - I've been at the other end of the arena for concerts, and really relied on the screen image more than anything. There are usually giant screens around so that everyone sees the act well. Have fun!

Where is the best place to park or how far away is the metro
DougTMesa
Mesa, AZ479 contributions
Metro goes right in front of the arena, but the stop is just a block east. Park just south and east of the arena and there are plenty of lots with costs from $10 to $5. If you get there really early there are a few free places, but I can't give up my secret spot! Do not park in the garage just to the east unless you want to try your patience getting out after the game.

I have a walker and have tickets to an upcoming concert section 113 row 4 - is there a place to put it during the show ?

susan, if you call the ticket office they will help you out and let you know, but it shouldn't be an issue. I attended a concert there and had floor tickets and I'm disabled; they assisted just fine all the way to the floor
