Chill Ballpark, a nice time. Get the tamales.
This is a great ballpark to take in a baseball game. It’s a huge park, so I suggest making a lap around the concourse to check out some of the different perspectives. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience the open roof. I love that there is a Bar basically on the property in front of the front gates and others right across the street as it makes it easy to congregate pre-or post game. It’s a very mellow ballpark. The ushers are really chill and you can kind of move around a little bit which I really appreciate. There are a ton of options for food, but do not get the cheesesteak. Instead go for the tamales, which were in section 137 when I was there. It was raining one of the days I was there and there was water leaking through the roof (where it closes) on some of the seats right behind home plate. I imagine that was annoying for those folks. I Uber’d to and from the park but the parking must be a little bit spread out because the streets around the park were never too congested right before or right after the games and there are a lot of close easy spots to catch an Uber or Lyft. 7/10 Ballpark. Nice park but nothing major sticks out to separate it from the rest, imo.

Fun to visit: air conditioned when outside temp is over 100 degrees.
Since the Diamondbacks, the resident team, are doing so well this year,a visit is great fun. Lots of activity. The food is very expensive but maybe that is part of the fun. The ballpark is in the middle of downtown with scores of good restaurants. Light rail from Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa stops nearby and free with your baseball ticket.

Went to see Mets/DB game on a Wed night! Uber'd down and was easy to get into. Stadium was a walk around, which was nice to check out. Sat by HPlate and great views. Nice bathrooms and decent eats. FYI: Ladies, you can bring the clear "stadium" sized plastic totebag for your stuff (got mine at a gas station somewhere) Nice staff helpful! the game was a blast! Will visit again.

Nice Indoor Ballpark When it is 115 Degrees Outside.
Nice Indoor Ballpark When it is 115 Degrees Outside. I live in Tampa and we have the Trop...I get it. When It's hot you have to be indoors, but there is nothing like outdoor baseball. Here, the roof will not ever be opened because one the cables broke and it is mad expensive to fix and I heard that the owner will not pay for it. Oh well. Atmosphere here on the 4th of July was great! They gave out free USA shirts. But I did pay for it, because the following day I had the same seat and the ticket was $15 cheaper. FYI: They give nothing away for free. The stadium was soldout. Parking a block away was $25. But, the printed programs were free, and so were our first-day certificates we got from Customer Relations. The following day, it was a like a ghost-town. Nobody was there. Parking was $20 today.

    Chase Stadium Field
Went to a game last night, Dodgers vs / Diamondbacks what a great evening. I live in Wickenburg AZ and the drive was good because we left a 4:00 pm. The parking was close and walk on the overhead walk. Great seats 120 section 29 row and seats 9,10, and 11. The seats were less than 100 dollars nice, and the view was perfect. The food was good and the environment was fun and no problems.

    Eat All the Food!
The indoor stadium is necessary for a hot Arizona summer. The food and drink options are enough to get us in the door. The Sedona dog is ginormous and amazing, and the churro dog is a the best way to end a game.

    Very nice baseball stadium
Saw the Arizona Diamond Back vs the SF Giants. Fantastic stadium - probably no bad seat in the house. A large amount of brew pubs outside the venue. Inside, there are a lot of food options. Beers are enormous. Clean bathrooms. I would go back again.

    Cubs Fan in Phoenix
Not a Diamondbacks fan, but when in Phoenix! We went for a Saturday afternoon game. The roof was closed and it was still toasty warm inside with the outside temp around 115 and the indoor temp around 85. Very clean venue, friendly staff, great options for food, and plenty of choices for cold beverages. We sat in the third balcony and it was a great view.

    Birthday celebration.
Took my husband for his birthday to see the Diamondbacks play the Chicago Cubs. Wonderful indoor stadium which was great since it was still over 100 degrees! Really enjoyed walking around before the game and having drinks and appetizers at Guy Fieri's restaurant.

Great location in downtown. Viewing good from most seats.
Walking to the stadium was easy. The location is excellent. The food was reasonably priced and the staff friendly. The ticket scanners were not functioning for some of the ticket vendor sites, so we had to go find someone to help us. Inconvenient, but the guy was extremely helpful. Security staff to get in could use some improvement. Navigating around the stadium and to your seat was easier than in a lot of parks. Only complaint is it is WEIRD to watch baseball with the roof closed. It just doesn't feel like baseball. It was hot out, so it made sense, but it takes a lot away from the baseball experience. Otherwise a nice park and I would attend another game.

Attended the Guaranteed Rate Bowl. Facility was acceptable for it’s age. Concessions were acceptable and wait times were reasonable. Parking was adequate and distance to event was not far. No issues overall for a football game in a baseball stadium.

Convenient downtown location, lots of restaurants and hotels within walking distance. We attended a concert here and walked to and from our hotel with ease.

The entire organization of the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks concert had to be one of the worst ever!!! From almost non- existent traffic control both in and out, to massive backup of people trying to get in main entry, to only ONE person scanning phones over four lines of people while three employees stood almost idle for the few who had to put stuff in a basket and walk thru 2nd scanner, to extremely slow, poorly organized food concessions, to huge crowds being held up getting to seats in tier 1 because they were so slow at checking people who were trying to get to floor seats, not to mention the unbelievable intermission cluster disaster and a line so long to get into MENS room that I’ve never ever seen happen anywhere before. I realize there were 50,000 people attending but I’ve been to events where there were 80,000 or more and nothing like this horribly planned and executed disaster has even come close. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for show having to begin at least 30 minutes late and me wasting $1500 on tickets for our family Christmas get together only to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had!!!!

What an absolutely great experience! The entire sports complex surrounding Chase field is a great place to eat, relax and have a good time! The stadium was great, no bad seats in the house. We coupled that with an awesome VRBO home in Glendale with a fabulous owner.. The property # was 2597919. would love to go back and probably will!

I went for the Pink concert and a way over served concert goer pushed me as she had to get to the bathroom. Needless to say, it was awful. I literally fell over 3 rows of chair back seats Not the stairs but over the seats. Security and an usher were nowhere to be find. My friend got EMTs. They rushed me to hospital as I was hurt pretty bad. The diamondbacks were in charge of this as they are anything that happens there. I attempted to contact and I basically was told insurance would be contacting me. It’s been 20 days. I got an email but she said that she would let me know Tuesday. Diamondback staff has yet to reach out. I wanted to come back out and go to a cane there as I’ve been trying to go to all ballparks (I’m at 19/30 now) but I can’t imagine going back. It was horrible and I have something bulging out that I can get to a doctor until I know what insurance is doing. Sure they are in World Series but someone should have reached out well before now. Not listing all my injuries here but it was not good. Instead of finishing my vacation, I had to fly home the next day. Be careful if you go here.

Over sold and then had to cancel our concert. This is nothing more than corporate greed. Trying to fetch as many possible dollars as possible at the expense of those they claim to serve.

Chase Field is not a good venue for a concert. We went to see Pink perform at Chase Field last night.
The performers looked like tiny dots as the stage was so far removed from the audience.
There were 3 large screens to project the performances, but I wondered why I had paid money to watch a blurry screen while wondering what was happening on stage. Pink talks to her audience while performing but the sound was so distorted it was hard to catch her interactions. Chase Field is a very disappointing venue for such an amazing entertainer.
I will never pay to see another concert at Chase Stadium. Just not worth it.
