    Good job Phoenix!
I would agree with the reviews that say it was well worth the drive up. Wish we would have had more time to explore some of the easy trails. Families with small children will want to make sure to take their hands if they want to go near the edge although it is not an actual cliff. Well-maintained park. Even the pit toilets at the top were as clean as you could expect. Good job Phoenix!

If you don’t mind heights it’s a great view of the sunset
Awesome place to see the sunset. The parking is limited so go early! It gets very crowded. Also the drive up is steep and curvy. Recommend a good driver that doesn’t mind heights. My palms were sweating on the steering wheel so don’t look down! The view once at the top is well worth it though.

    Picnic Fun at Dobbins Point!
Take a short drive and have a picnic at Dobbins Point. It can get crowded, with locals and tourists, so go early to get a parking spot! It's fun to watch the sunset as the colors in the sky come alive, the twinkling city lights, airplanes landing. Experience the vastness of the Valley, and look for Chase Field and the State Farm Stadium in the distance!

    Marvelous Valley View!
You want a great view of Phoenix and the complete Valley of the Sun? – this is it. At an altitude of 2,300 feet, on a clear day you can see almost forever. East, West, North, South! Beautiful – this is perfect for nature lovers, picnickers, hikers and all! The view of this cauldron-like landscape surrounded by mountains is a magnificent experience of the Southwests characteristics and beauty. A must visit if in Phoenix!

Great views from the Dobbins Lookout
The Dobbins lookout is located about a half hour drive outside of Phoenix, and is a well worth trip for the amazing views. We stopped and took in the panoramic views of Phoenix and the surrounding areas in the valley and were blown away. I highly recommend a quick trip out to the lookout for the views and a picnic (during cooler days). You won’t be disappointed!

The view is worth the drive. Sunset is a popular time to visit so plan to go early for a parking space. Lots of photo opportunities.

Worth the time to drive up and look out for 15-20 minutes. There are some rocks and things to climb on so you feel outdoorsy even if you don’t hike up but drive.

One of the best scenic views phoenix and the surrounding areas have to offer, I can only imagine how magnificent watching sunset here might be.
