Unfortunately in September, there had been no substantial rain for about a month. Consequently, the river was dry, there were no waterfalls, and only a few pools. I’m sure it would have been much better after a good bit of rain.

Bit of a walk to get to it but still worth the walk. Only issue is with the stairway down and the facilities badly need restoration. I mean I know it's technically free to go down and see the beautiful sights as well as swim...More

I went to the waterfalls twice. The first time there was no water, the second time there was a lot more, so people could swim and practise their cannonballs off the high bank. I have seen pictures with the water at full blast and I...More

My husband and I didn't swim here at the base of the waterfall but many people did. The waterfall is only small compared to others on the island, but very safe for swimming.

Awesome waterfall that was refreshing. Met some beautiful locals who made us feel welcome. Water was clear and falls moving quickly. A big rock jump for those brave enough. Well kept grounds with little rubbish.

We enjoyed this - we took a packed lunch and made our way out there. Parking, toilets at the beginning, changing rooms at the waterfall but we ddn't use there. A few fales at the top that we sat in while people swam and we...More

Easily accessed from the car park by the information centre, these cascading waterfalls are a nice swimming (or playing in the water) spot. Would be nice for kids! I still wonder how the cows that were grazing around the falls did not get away -...More

We visited this waterfalls on a Sunday and after about a 5 min walk, we came to this beautiful waterfall with no one there at all. A stunning waterfall to swim in with some fresh water prawns etc to see. Remember to take a picnic...More
