There's a little house with some information about the Lava Fields which was neat and helpful! A woman escorted us through and relayed the story of what happened, it was so sunny she even got an umbrella for us to use - what great service!

Trip with the family on a quick tour, interesting place but unfortunately it suffers from broken bottles and rubbish everywhere.

We loved the lava fields. During our visit we found out the women's committee they run the place. This means maintaining a massive area! Cleaning up rubbish cutting back and clearing the ever encroaching rain forest. The team of women do this all for free....More
