My husband and I did the estancia tour with dinner. Highly recommended, the tour guide gave the tour in English for those that didn't speak Spanish. Everyone at the estancia was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a great history lesson about estancias, and Calafate.

A place to visit if you want to access Punta Walichu, which offers a great view of the lake and a minitour to ancient indian paintings. They serve great typical argentinian food too.

Ariel provided an intelligent and entertaining experience, fluently switching from Spanish to English to Portuguese to enlighten all of us on the tour. Very enjoyable!

We took that evening tour, because we had to kill our evening after arrival from BA. I agreed, the wine should be included in price, but it wasn't. Its' a typical "tourists" trap and that is how they make a living. We had to wait...More
