What an amazing and stunning day. The views and glacier exceeded all expectations - the colours, formations and mountainous scenery were more beautiful than I thought and to see them up close was magnificent. To see and hear, it sounded just like thunder, the glacier...More

It’s great that the glacier had been made so accessible and that there are walkways to enable some fabulous views only a short walk from the cafe and car park if the visitors centre. But if you te fit and can afford it, nothing bets...More

We spent two days in the Parque Nactional Los Glaciares. The first on a boat to get a wider perspective on the park and its glaciers, and the second here. If I only had one day, this is where I would come though. Nothing really...More

When I visited the Perito Moreno Glacier I was blown away by the walkways and viewing balconies there. The entire area is wheelchair and handicapped accessible which was a total surprise as usually this is a secondary consideration for many places outside of the US...More

If you have time, make sure to stroll along the boardwalk. It has several levels and you could easily spend an afternoon watching the glacier. lots of nice places to sit and eat your lunch.

We have visited glaciers in Alaska and New Zealand and are always impressed. But this park at the Moreno Glacier is very special. Several walkways take you very close to the face of the glacier and provide spectacular views. You can spend hours out there...More

This place is amazing. This is the only glaciar you can see braking all year around. If you have the chance to stay there for a while don’t rush yourself. We went with a group and we had a bit more than an hour, and...More

Come for a stroll. Enjoy a picnic. Listen to the cracking ice which you will hear frequently as the glacier is moving. Take care on rainy days as the walkways become slippery.

Huge glacier. Walkways make it easy to get views from many angles. Nice signs to explain the area. Ice dam hadn't broken yet while we were there, but that would be quite a sight. Don't forget to look at the birds, flowers and bees behind...More

I was impressed by the boardwalk system at the glacier - they get you close enough to see the details, and still appreciate the magnitude of the glacier's scale. Wonderful!
