Our goal is for our customers to enjoy the unparalleled beauty of our landscapes, sailing in a unique setting of mountains and melting lakes We have offices in the center of San Carlos de Bariloche, Puerto Pañuelo, Puerto Blest, and also in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Our company and staff have an extensive experience in the navigation of the Andean Patagonian Lakes, and we are characterized by the constant concern to provide high levels of excellence in the services we provide. In March of 2016 we certified the international quality standards ISO 9001 (quality of services), ISO 14001 (environmental care) and IRAM SECTUR (quality in navigation). The IRAM certifying body guarantees us, through the delivery of this distinction, as a safe company that manages an Integral Quality Management System in its processes.

The views are incredible in all the points of cross. However Turisur does a tricky thing with the consolidation of its passengers. They keep on changing you in the different type boats and some of them are crowded.More

Gorgeous views of the mountains and volcanos. We covered the three lakes in two days. The ride was very smooth, but cool.

Except for one guide, the others were rude, unapproachable and unhelpful. Give this boat company a miss if you can. Cau Cau is much better
