Its is the second best mozaic museum in the world, and you understand why when you go! Important tip: there is a 3D video shown, but they say that 3D equipment is broken. Watch it in 2D! You need to ask for it!

It is one of the best Museums in Europe both as the rich history/content and the structure/way of communicating to the audience is superb!!! I felt that humanbeing is not going forward but backward after seeing the masterpices of the ancient times.

Fantastic museum that shows how much this area has been the cradle of civilization and religion. Especially all the Roman mosaics are breathtaking. Take about two to three hours.

This is a world class mosaics museum. Lots of space. It is obvious that more artifacts are on its way.

Hatay's tourism is still currently very low and we had the museum almost to ourselves on a Saturday. The museum was recently moved from its old location and that is why there are multiple archaeology museum "attractions" on this site. There are artifacts from the...More

If you like mosaics and history this museum is for you. A staggering display of mosaics and all for a paltry 15TL. Beautifully presented and displayed a must see in this historic city. (Second only to its big cousin the "Zeugma museum" in Gaziantep)
