    Great place on Manila Bay
Awesome hotel with a great staff and beautiful views. From the moment Aileen greeted us at the front desk we were treated like royalty. While my daughter visited family and my wife hit the casino I hung out with Michael and Jenny in the Dragon Bar. Nice folks that both made me feel welcome and let me know about a special.

The customer service at this hotel is by far the best! The staff from the front desk to the concierge were so professional and immediately took care of our needs. Solaire really knows how to treat their customers. Anyone who is thinking about traveling to Manila should consider staying here. It has all the amenities you're looking for. I will be back. Thank you, Solaire

    SUPERB EXPERIENCE
Very accommodating!! My parents and I will always love Solaire. Our home away from home. Staffs are very accommodating. While my parents were there for a business trip and at the same time they were celebrating their Wedding Anniversary, the staff really paid attention with my arranged surprise to my parents. Thank you!

    Great relaxing experience
Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Food court and restaurants are available. Cinema and shopping experience is great. Bed and bath are excellent (love their oatmeal soap). Complementary chocolate is a great surprise. However, the bay view with manila bay sunset top it all

It was a wonderful experience and we never get board in our 4nights stay. Kids enjoyed and we have invited their friends, enjoyed the pool. Happy for them. Place is secured. Me, have enjoyed playing in the casino, win or lose doesnt matter as i got free snacks and all. Special mention to the staff mostly to Ms Janina (in black attire). She's been so responsive and caring to my spcific needs and giving me some luck. Thanks to her. Learned she's assigned in my fav area Casino Beverage near Yakumi. Thank you. I will have to visit again and again.

    Great Hotel and wonderful people
I had a great stay at Solaire Hotel. There for business but was overjoyed to spend some time at the gym and pool and some lovely dining experiences. The Philippine people are natural hosts and consider every detail to make staying there comfortable and relaxed. I'll be back

A grand and luxurious Solaire Resort Entertainment City Experience!
We had one of the best hotel experience ever! The hotel staff were so accommodating, courteous, warm, polite and attentive to our needs and requests. The premises were so minty clean and well-maintained. The restaurants offered a wide array of excellent and delectable international cuisine choices. The biggest bonus for us was the Sky Tower room upgrade that the front desk gave us! It was way beyond our expectations! A spacious room with a beautiful and posh interior that had its own living room, -equipped with all the things we needed. Housekeeping was quick to resupply and respond to our requests. Definitely, one for the books! Overall, it was an unforgettable, pleasant and worthy hotel experience. I truly recommend Solaire. Looking forward to my next stay at Solaire!👍👍

Deluxe Room Double Bay View (Bay Tower)
Booked directly at their website and got perks like welcome drinks and credit to play at the casino. Great room with an excellent view overlooking the bay. Staff were very helpful and courteous. After checking in we went to the Fresh restaurant for their unli lobster buffet. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks and see you again next time.

    Excellent
It was good spending our night from a concert nearby. Just a suggestion, make your water bottles bigger so as not to request a lot of it. You may also try to put snacks so we will no longer look outside for something to buy. =)

Had a relaxing staycation and great time watching the play "Miss Saigon".

Staff were very helpful. Was walking around the buffet area when one of the staff named Philip approached me and said if I need any help. He also gave a brief description of the various beef roasts and how they were prepared.

Stayed here for the Labor day vacation, we were given a PWD friendly room on the 5th floor and had the following observations:

1. The distance from the sink and the lavatory was too far, under tall persons have difficulty accessing the sink.
2. Shower head was malfunctioning, telephone shower cannot be turned off.
3. Lack of accessible socket at the bedside.

It was our first stay at Solaire as we came primarily to watch Miss Saigon at The Theater. What an enjoyable stay and bonus was the casino.
Highly recommend the Spa and our therapists Rhoda and Lynn were excellent. The rooms were nice and all the restaurants were affordable.

at first, I did not want to stay solaire because my kids were with me and the casino is there. However, we were scheduled to watch miss saigon which was being shown at the theater so we chose solaire and surprisingly had a great time. The staff actively informed. Us where the kids are and are not allowed. They were also very accommodating.
Thanks, Solaire!

Bad experience at KANBU restaurant

The restaurant’s ambiance is not good
The staff Cherrie is not accomodating, we asked for a non spicy chicken she gave us a spicy chicken and said that we never asked. Such a liar.

We always dine here at Solaire but this is the worst. Bad behaviour and impolite

This was our second time to stay overnight at Solaire Resorts. We loved the food at Fresh Restaurant especially their Buffet with unlimited lobster and crab. We hope to visit Solaire Resorts again this July and enjoy the comfort it offers.

We have a lot of wonderful opportunities before to stay at Solaire Hotel and Resort, and it’s always a pleasant and relaxing stay. Truly one of my favorite hotels in the metro to stay at. The service and amenities are good!

My room reservation is by the sky tower but since it’s my first time here I missed a turn so I entered by the bay tower or casino side. We were greeted by the staff & they helped us unload our luggage. We passed by the security with a camera which is really a nice touch of the hotel as an added safety feature, good job for their security department. Entrance doors were huge & there’s a nice fountain by the lobby but I already smell the strong odor of cigarettes. I went to their registration section after to check in but I guess that’s the concierge for the bay tower so I was directed to proceed by the sky tower which is located a bit further back of the hotel. Checked in process was smooth. From prestige sky my room was upgraded to signature sky suite which is really nice of them. There’s like a watcher by the elevator I guess they just make sure that you really staying in one of the guest rooms. You have to tap in your room
Key inside the elevator for it to work. One word to describe our room is space. There’s a lot of space with a nice view of Manila bay. We have welcome treats & beverages. Perks of booking directly is you’ll get a welcome drinks for 2, 1000 bonus peso & complimentary use of day bed by the pool. I suggest to try their pool whenever you can. Included in my reservation is complimentary buffet breakfast for 2. If you have extra person, it’s at least 1600 pesos per head. They honored senior citizen by their dining area, in our case it was during breakfast. Their buffet breakfast was good. I went to 1 of their bar downstairs, I did a spa massage, did a bit of shopping & went swimming. The only negative experience is I forgot to tell them that I have a
Solaire membership. It was not asked when I checked in so I guess they missed it too. But I came back few daylight after to watch Miss Saigon & went to rewards club section only to tell me that I should told or presented my membership card upon checkin. I spent a lot of money during my stay & even brought my receipts that day but they don’t have a way to give your points back even I have a proof. I just feel like I was been tricked.
