Please add more people in customer service and bills payment. Every month that I pay my bills here, even I’m in a hurry I have fall in line and wait for half an hour just to pay bills. There’s only one people in the cashier and they have priority lane and the regular lane which it nonsense.

because we got invited to a kiddie party that was held nearby, we went there for the first time as a family to buy our biweekly grocery supplies.
parking is spacious but the one in front has no direct access to the mall. we need to walk quite a distance to reach the main entrance.
bills payment at the supermarket was taking so long because only one cashier was stationed there. one must be patient enough to complete a transaction, which in my case took 40 minutes.
this mall in las piñas is huge and people from nearby cities (muntinlupa and bacoor) flock here.

Every time I visited South Mall las Piñas
Most of Sm Employees not following the protocol not wearing the face shield that is why customers are not wearing it properly as well except for having a meal or eating at the food court or eating something while walking.

Sales personnel at the refrigerator section of Samsung are nowhere to be found. When he gets to us, he just said that the unit we were looking at was the latest model and then he was gone.
Most stores will not leave prospective customers until they make the sale. Not at this particular store. No wonder the place was almost empty of customers.

Mesa’s CR was under repair so I was asked to go to the mall’s CR beside Gerry’s. On my way back to where we were seated ( behind us was the kitchen) I saw a big rat coming from the kitchen to the end of the four person dining tables. I asked the waiter to come which he did and told what I saw. I suggested that they need to fumigate or have pest control. He did not apologise but said yes ma’am we put rat trap.
Most of the food on the menu are not available bec. according to the waitress the delivery comes late all the time.
I now have second thought of coming to Mesa with regards to hygiene. :(

It had been a passable treat to visit this mall. With the addition of new stores (Uniqlo, H&M, Forever 21) there are now some other reasons to drop by this mall. There are still a handful of restaurants that cater to Filipino tastes (Max’s, Jollibee, Chow King), and other restaurants that offer more than fast food fare (Contis, Via Mare) plus the usual all-you-can-eat outlets. One doesn’t have to leave the place if one is searching to buy, well, almost anything. This is like a small community already. However, a recent development has caused some irritation.
There used to be two relatively small places on both sides of the mall that were used as free parking lot. The space could accommodate some 50 or so vehicles on each lot. Recently, mall management decided to charge P20.00 per car. As if the mall was not being patronised by the people parking in the free area, the mall management has added this money-making feature to the mall. Greed knows no end.
I asked the ladies at the parking entrance why they are now charging for parking. Their reply: “Management decision, Sir”.

We came here to get our family portrait taken and I was blown away by the huge amount of eateries. My kids loved the Playcentre.

Chowking in Sm Southmall is bad service they are not offering Spoon and fork they are packing the food without spoon and fork I assumed that putting it but the customer's satisfaction is very poor standard unlike before a very new they are very excellent service, it must take an action this very poor the management is in the right standard now and the Department of Tourism must audit the performance of the food chains and of all restaurants in the Philippines to monitor the standard of customers service satisfaction and quality service level.

I went to the Customer Service Center to inquire about SM Sodexo Gift Checks for my company and eventually purchase these. I got the SM Gift Card Inquiry (M0001) number, and 10 minutes later as I see people pass me by and the place empty out, I asked the people at the counter why my number isn't called. They told me I should've picked out Prepaid Gift Pass (D0012).
No empathy whatsoever and it doesn't explain the fact that my original number never came up on the board, and when it did before my new number cam up, they didn't entertain me at all because I had the wrong number.
