Brought my daughter with some friends for an hour of bouncing on the trampolines. She had a great time. I appreciate the safety video.
My only concern is for the staff to be more pro-active when children become rowdy and exercise their right to remind and call their attention (and the parents). A young boy tried to hit my daughter and while I was able to prevent it, the staff did not help me nor did the manager talk to the parents. The parents of the boy just took their kid away from where we were.
It would be good to bring a towel, water and extra clothes for the kids as they will definitely be drenched in sweat after bounce-playing.

This was my first time in a trampoline park despite there being a couple where I live. I only came in to accompany my kids, not to enjoy the place myself. It starts off with registration for the available hour long slots. You then watch a hilariously morbid and brutal safety video showing the likely deaths of stick people who didn't follow safety rules. There is an area for non-paying accompanying adults but they do allow you to stay on the grounds for a few minutes to take pictures. Attendants do seem to actually be paying attention and enforcing the rules. Aside from the standard trampolines, there is a dodgeball area, and a jousting area.
The kids had a great time and now I guess we have to visit our own trampoline parks here.
Note: Socks with traction are required and there are some available for purchase.

BOUNCE is a great place for couples to have bonding experience. I went there with my husband and we had a great time. The place is safe. They have friendly and accommodating staff.
