The Evia Center has evolved and is still evolving. The new wing is particularly well designed with restaurants, a variety of retail establishments and a great Supermarket. Parking is better than it was now new areas have opened up. . They have a play area for kids which from outside looks exciting for the little ones. My wife and I enjoy strolling around and trying all the new restaurants that have recently opened, well worth a visit.

This is gonna sound a bit weird but Evia smells good. As soon as I step into their doors and catch that smell, it's just relaxing. A lot of green and a lot of open space. It's like Alabang Town Center during the 90's but smells better hahaha!
Not a lot of shops yet but the essentials are there plus there's a LIBRARY!

This mall is not just very big with a good selection of shops, it also has plenty of parking and nice classic decor. There’s a section that is similar to The Venetian Las Vegas, where the walkway feels like it’s lit by a blue sky. In the food court, there are beautiful mosaics to admire. Because of its location, I would recommend this mall as a good stop to stretch your legs and eat on the way back to Manila from Batangas.

The aesthetic mall in south. Variety of restaurants and clothing stores. They have 2 supermarkets, all day and rustan’s. They have covered and outdoor parking. The place is also accessible by commuters thru PUV’s with SM Molino-Alabang via Daang Hari route. However, if you’re going here and you plan to go home via Daang Hari to Alabang-Zapote road, it will not be easy to get a ride because most PUV’s passing thru this area is already full. It’s more advisable to bring your own car or hire a taxi/grab.

First time to visit Evai Lifestyle Center. Nice feel inside the mall. Good choices of restaurants inside and spacious warm ambience around it. Felt like being abroad.

I’ve been coming to this place regularly since I became a member of this gym club. One of the best fitness club branches around town indeed! But this review is not about them, LOL.
Let me do this as objectively as possible, by providing some PROS and CONS—based on actual experience of course:
PROs:
1. Cleanliness, particularly of the restrooms, topnotch!
2. Aiconditioning, if you’re really after self-preservation coming from the unwavering traffic of Daanghari both ways, you’ll see/feel nirvana once you step into this mall!
3. Ambiance, grade A! There’s a peculiar scent and feel to this place that you can only experience here, seems like they’ve placed countless essential oil diffusers all over!
4. Eating places, gustatory heaven! You’ve got to see their latest one, Commune Hall, lots of choices indeed! If you’re not into that “foodcourt-like” feel, then just take the next elevator or escalator down, and you’ll be surrounded by their selection of mid to high-end restos (western, eastern, fuzion of both), cafes, sweets, etc. etc., these you’ve got to see for yourself, fine dining at its best! And while you’re at it, try looking up, and it’s gonna be like strolling along the Venetian Hotel in Macau again!
5. Shops galore! I won’t spoil the fun of adventure here, check it out for yourself! And more’s coming up, once the newest annex building gets into full completion, hopefully before Christmas 2018!
6. Meeting places? Oh, you have got to checkout the newly opened Coffee Project, it’s like a rainforrest in there! If you can’t find a table or two (coz the place is always packed), there’s always your friendly neighborhood Starbucks, McDo, St. Marc, etc. Your choice!
7. Movies? Oh man, you have got to watch any of the Avenger sequel, or Jurassic Park, at their MX4D Cinema 1! It’s like flying next to Thor or Ironman, or fleeing away from the Indo-raptor monster, you’d feel every bump and vibe in the film, even the water splash, smoke, even that peculiar scent that comes out everytime there’s fire in the movie, damn, the feeling is almost scary! LOL
CONs:
1. Parking. The sweetest time to come here is before the mall opens, LOL, otherwise, it’s either you spend countless minutessss queueing into the nearby parking lots (open and basement), or you park at their open parking across Daanghari, next to Petron. They offer free shuttle to and from there, so no worries, but you’ve got to go through the hassles of waiting, falling in line, and all that “civilized people” kind-o-stuff.
2. Parking, still. They have this newly opened basement parking extension, but it’s a km walk (exagg here) towards the mall entrance! I seriously hope they will create separate entrance into the mall from this side of the earth, really!
That’s it guys! Sorry, this review has gotten quite lengthy for comfort, so I’d shut up now.
Check out the place yourself! 😂🙏🏻

The place is good so with the ambience...But if you will be coming from other parts of Cavite and you will be passing through Daanghari you will be stuck in traffic along Molino Boulevard while approaching SM Molino and All Home...These 2 giant malls should look for a way to reduce the heavy flow of traffic so many would be enticed to go to Evia...
Also, the parking area for this place is a bit far...the hassle is there during rainy season...

It been around 8yrs since we passed daang hari. A lot of changes. We saw evia mall and decided to have some snacks here. Thebiance is modern and relaxing. Lots of resto and i personaly like the place. Lots of signature shops. They are also expanding so i guess more to come from evia mall. Will come back again here.

They have the nicest Starbucks place in my neighborhood. Since the place is new it is nice to look at. I like the restaurants the Fridays, Mama Lou others. Also this is like 10 minutes from home and along the way from my office in Laguna via MCX. I used to hang out in Starbucks but now not anymore. The place is crowded, parking is super difficult and with a fee too. I would rather stop at SLEX restos than here.

are there any sams club, walmart near las pinas, manila
Written February 18, 2020
Hi Robert, there is Lander's near Evia mall. In Evia, there is supermarket, boutiques and gym.

II'm from las pinas. so when I go to QC. The fastest and most comfortable choice is to take the P2P or Point to Point Buses. I take the P2P bus (Starmall Alabang bound) in Robinsons Galleria and on the same bus stop, I take another P2P Bus bound to Vista Mall (Evia) Daang Hari.

Hi Ken,
Sorry I just saw your message.
Unfortunately, I myself, am not familiar with public transport, haha!
Your best bet would be to take a Grab car (or taxi), as the public commute to this mall via Daanghari route is quite limited, I noticed.
Apologies if I won’t be of much help on this one.
