Good place to hangout. However very limited shops available.
Usually I go here for Cinema which is most clean and tidy.
Coffee shop and some good restaurants are also here.

Specialty restaurants abound. Houses the popular Black Pig European Bistro. Smaller shops , some still not opened. The cinema just started limited screening last week. Quiet atmosphere, good for some , but bad for others. Medium sized mall .

Clean yet not many stalls yet or vacant slots for other establishments to have. Cinema is wide and very comfortable when seated.

This place is perfect for business meetings, be it lunch or dinner (or even breakfast), as they offer some of the best eating places within the Alabang area.
Sure there are more options at the bigger malls around it, but if you’re looking for a location to conduct meetings, or catch up with friends, etc., and you don’t want those long walks from the parking lot to the mall entrance, then this is it!
They even have the best bike shops here, if you’re into that.
The restaurant choices offer Asian fusion(Japanese ramen, Korean kimchi, Filipino pigs knuckles) Mediterranean, and western.
It’s your choice.
They also have topnotch cinemas, surrounded by some of the best brands of snack bars we’ve come to crave for.
One thing I most appreciate about this place, is the free parking. Of course, you need to have the ticket validated for that, which is fine.

So to summarize, above the rest, everything here is close to the basement parking area. Enuff said!

If your aim is to watch a movie, I highly recommend this place as it is not crowded and the cinema is wide, clean and with a very limited seats which I think much better and more convenient. The only downside of this area is after watching movie you can do nothing but to leave the place unless you want to dine in which is the only option you have. Hope this place will improve soon with additional activities to do.

With movie theatre, restaurants and a mini Korean grocery and clinic. Our go to place for Sunday’s after service breakfast. Ample parking space, nice ambiance and quite a number of restaurant to choose but then my sons favourite is still army navy with their burritos and burgers. Nice view of the sunday joggers and all the vehicles passing thru commerce ave on sundays.

Commercenter in Alabang is very nice mall to go to. Parking is underground below the Mall so you are not in the roasting sun as you would be in ATC. There is a theatre and many restaurants to choose from. There is also a great import cooking supplies/grocery/wineshop if you are looking for authentic Italian and European good but be warned prices can be quite high compared to locally sourced items. There is also a Korean store to get food and supplies from home if you hail from SK. Other places include a masseuse, bike shop, Bridgestone tire center accessible from the garage and a tutoring location.

If you plan on having intimate meals and watch a movie before or after , then this is the place. Some of the top restaurants in Alabang can be found here (others are in Molito) such as Black Pig and Mona Lisa. The nice thing about this place is that there seem to be lesser crowds. Noticed also that there are no coffee shops such as Starbucks. Must be a ploy. Good base for staycation for those residing at Acacia hotel or even at the new Somerset.
