Good area to do day hikes. Camping areas neat but run down. Hiking huts are being upgraded. There are good Mountain bike trails. There is a picnic area to have a braai. Not save to camp overnight. No Restuarant. Lot of wildlife.

The walking trails are absolutely beautiful. It is so peaceful and the views are spectacular. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We wanted to go back for a braai but ran out of time.

A little known gem in the Magaliesberg that needs to be visited. Great for hiking or just a family picnic. Spotless ablutions. Great for camping too. Good birdwatching.

We liked Kgaswane so much that we actually went twice during our short stay in Rustenburg. Entrance fee was R40 pp + R20 for the car. On both occasions, there were very few other visitors. Consequently, it felt almost as though we had the place...More
