Machines look like they are programed. R13000 and not a single bonus....... This was recent and now looks like the case all the time. Dont see myself and family stopping by again.

This place is not good at all. Only eats your money every turn you make. Very hard to find gaming attendees. Tatso Restaurant which is Fine Dining which is nowhere near to that standard. I recently visited there 10 Jan 2020 and received an overall a pathetic experience. But this is just one of the many bad experiences. It has no constant when it comes to service. First when I got there, the host / cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even greeted in the proper welcoming. Then she wanted to put me on a table which was not fully setted ie there wasn't any salt, pepper, flower and tissue stand on the table. I assume that the Operator Managers are not on duty, the assistant managers and cashiers then take advantage of not fully doing their jobs and just get over for the shift. I then told her that I'll wait until I she can see another table and she fumbled something in Zulu which was very unprofessional. She made me wait for 20 minutes meanwhile people from behind me was going forward when I could see a table that was empty just for a plate to be removed and table cleaned. The plate was removed, however the table was still dirty. The waiter didn't come and introduced herself. She also did not check up on me. When it comes to the food... It was just bland and the chicken still had it hairs on them which was disgusting. I have seen many people only having deserts and going out because many people was complaining about the chicken ( I also have pictures of it). The deserts was okay but needs to be changed.…

Sibaya Casino it self is very nice. Needs more Restuarant. Tatso Buffet can improve on there buffet dinner. Breakfast. Staff not always friendly at Sibaya and sometimes slots not working. Reynhardt
