Orlando Towers, visible from anywhere in Soweto, used to be the cooling towers for the now defunct power station. Now it’s used as a bungee jumping center and not much more than a landmark/billboard.

What a way to finish off a day of touring Soweto! The staff were all very friendly, and the whole operation is quite efficient--almost to the point that it feels mundane. Where was the time to feel butterflies in my stomach as I prepared to...More

From the main entrance there are no clear signs to where parking is and where activities are done. The place is dirty, could do with a bit of TLC. The stuff are not that helpful, you have to dig for information. The activities were fun...More

The SCAD free fall turned out to be a cool experience. In my opinion less "scary" than a bungee jump, but still worth it. The staff was polite and professional. After a 15 minute delay due to the power generator failing, we got a hard...More

We did not bungee jump but admired the colourful Orlando towers. They are brightly painted with advertising and are worthy of a photo opp

Great fun. Good crew. Wanted to do the scad as well as the bungee but was told the scad wasn’t operating while I was there. A shame they painted over the story of Soweto on the one tower with an advertisement.

Bungy jumped with friends as a birthday celebration, scariest thing I have ever done in my entire life. The staff are such great help and really go out above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Didn't like the bathrooms, just demolish that horrible building...More

Interesting place, the towers are very much a local landmark and now big advertising. There is the facility to bungee jump of a bridge between the 2 towers and there is food and beer served on the premises, also had music in the evening.

It's easy having a healthy breath on the top towers of SoWeTo. Orlando towers were are a very nice place I have enjoyed to visit in Johannesburg especially its bungee jump from 330 meters above the ground. The place is free gun zone.
