    Great stop on US 89.
The grandkids had never eaten Navajo fry-bread. The trading post was on the way to Utah and has a really nice restaurant and Native American items. We had fry bread, green chili stew and Navajo tacos. All of it is delicious and huge portions. We enjoy our stops here.

    Interesting stop with managed expectations
This was a stop on an organized tour I had scheduled. The facility was tidy and staff friendly. Like others posting reviews, we found more overpriced import ticky tack items than anything of interest or particularly authentic or eye catching. The restaurant was not open at the early trading hours we showed up so no comment of feedback about that aspect of this stop. Bathrooms were plentiful yet needed cleaning attention. Each person in our group made a small purchase as we were glad for the stop. From what I could see nobody got more than a snack or postcard.

Navajo Taco, eh. And, lacking authentic feel.
Navajo Taco - eh. The Frye Bread was yummy, but topping it with Walmart like toppings left a lot to be desired. I was looking for an authentic experience. Surely, this isn’t it. Regretting not stopping at the road side stand I noticed right before the trading post turn off. However, what I did enjoy was talking to one of the sales person about the rugs and looking at the loom. When traveling I look for the authentic artists - artisan wares that have been passed down from generations. I didn’t feel this at the trading post.

    Nice place to visit
This was a last minute detour on our vacation. My husband read about the local food at the restaurant located there. It was a little after 2 pm when we got there. We decided to try the food there. They served American and Navajo cuisine so there was something for everyone. The Fry bread was delicious. My husband enjoyed the Navajo tacos. My kids enjoyed the fruit salad. Afterwards we shopped in the store. They had a lot of merchandise. We purchased a few items some of which were made from tribes the Zuni Tribe. Other items we purchased where from other locations but were nice pieces. I would recommend stopping by this location if you do get a chance I would stop by.

Stunning views, friendly staff, great food
We had a wonderful stay with great food. The views from the hotel are amazing. This is a great option if you are visiting the Grand Canyon. It is about 30 minutes from the desert view point of the canyon and the drive to the trading post is stunning.

    Lunch
My family stopped at Cameron Trading Post for lunch on our way from Grand Canyon to Page. We were seated immediately and waitress came right away. My husband ordered the Navajo taco (specialty of the house), and it was excellent AND enough for at least two! I had the patty melt and enjoyed it. They do have a kids menu. Server was attentive. Prices are reasonable. We would stop here again.

I always like their green chilli stew
I always like their green chilli stew, still as good as previous years and reasonably priced for what you get and considering not many other options for miles around. The dining room and views are stunning. It was a bit of a wait for a table and felt like we were being ignored for about 10 mins but eventually we were beckoned to a table, service after that was fine.

Lovely stay with great service and food
We had driven from Grand Canyon and were heading to Antelope Canyon the next morning, so this felt like a great place to stop for the night. The shop is lovely with some really beautiful things here, service was absolutely fantastic. We also had dinner, I can't recommend the Navajo taco enough, absolutely delicious and great service there too! The room itself is simple, but clean, tidy and feels very safe. The art and lamps are beautiful there too. View was gorgeous and wish we stayed here a second night.

The Trading Post offers spacious & clean rooms, wonderful local dishes and many rooms filled with Navaho art and treasures. The decor is a cultural delight. We stopped here for two nights and travelled to the South Rim Grand Canyon for a full day and then to Antelope Canyon the following day.

We stopped here as we didn’t want fast food on 89. Ordered the Navajo taco and enjoyed it. Service was good. Make sure you order the Sopapillas for dessert. Absolutely delicious. Didn’t shop in the gift shop but it was huge with a lot of offerings.

My husband went from the Grand Canyon to Cameron on our way to Tucson as our second grandson's name is Cameron so we wanted to take a picture. Much to our surprise, we were amazed by the size of the restaurant/gift shop as well the rest of the area there. We ate breakfast that morning and it was wonderful. The wait staff was great and very much on top of everything. She even recommended the Avocado toast on Indian Fried Bread which was out of this world. My husband had an omelet which he said was awesome. We did spend some time going through the huge gift shop. We highly recommend making this a stop as that is what Cameron is all about!! 5 stars for them.

Lousy food at dining room, but trading post was great. Service was very good. Three taco special for $17, should have ate Burger King up the road. Taking time to write this bc it is so bad.

We stopped here 7 years ago when traveling in the area and couldn’t wait to come back. Don’t miss this place if you are in northern AZ. Great stop between Page and GCNP. The restaurant offers great service and the Navajo tacos are yummy! We loved meeting and chatting with Vivian and watching her weave. :)

Regretfully we didn't get to try out the rooms or the restaurant, even though we heard good things about them.....Maybe next visit when we have more time.
However, we spent quite some time browsing the HUGE store, which offers a wide range of Native American jewellery, crafts and art at a nice spectrum of prices.
We purchased some beautiful jewellery and some very pretty and delicately designed and decorated pottery.
Cameron Trading Post is a cross between a museum and a store. The art in the gallery is some of the best we've seen.
Cameron is definitely a MUST stop if you are in the area!!

The food was atrocious. My son had a stew that have been reheated and refrozen several times. It looked old and was tasteless and awful. I mean, how can you get a stew wrong? My food, their signature dish, was bland. Worst meal I had in America.

Both the gift shop and the gallery were excellent. Wonderful Indian pottery and jewelry in the gallery. Cute gifts in the gift shop. Dining room is big but we did not eat due only to timing.
