Nice quick hike up the hill above Wrangell with a good view of the bay. Very nice to have the boardwalk and stairs to keep it from being muddy and eroded.

We're seniors and we didn't have a problem with the boardwalk. My knees were sore, but that's usual. The walk itself was so beautiful that we stopped to take pictures along the way. The view from the top was awesome.

It's all stairs and wooden walkways. This protects the environment which is appreciated. Nice view of Wrangell and beautiful forest along the way.

The trail is a good hike. Most of the trail is on a well constructed boardwalk. When you get to the top, the view is of Wrangell and the surrounding waters. Well worth the trek.

This 1/4 mile trail is easily identified. One there you will be walking up on a board walk the entire way. It is an easy walk, but beautiful and very worthwhile. John Muir was here and walked up this mountain.

Very steep and also slippery. It was a workout for my 26 year old son and myself--and we're used to mountain hikes in Colorado. However, the view was worth the effort.

well laid out, nice platforms to walk on, did not see any wildlife other than a grouse, but the walk was invigorating and fun

Lovely boardwalk all the way to the top, got a bit puffed but the view at the top is so worth it. The trail is easy to find from town and totally obvious once you are there, no chance of getting lost.

Hike this well developed and maintained trail up to top of Dewey Mountain in Wrangell. Beautiful hike. Mostly uphill but doable. The views gorgeous. Easy to do in a little over an hour and well worth it
