We often take afternoon walks to the ocean through the wetlands. There is so many places to explore and beautiful sunsets can be seen from here. It's so calming and feels like you are getting out of town, even though it's very close to town.

If you want to feel like you have got away from town/city life, you can bike or walk through the wetlands.

We walk at Otipua Wetland on a sunny day. It is easy walk , and you can look at the water , birds, sea. We olso walk on the beach. It took us 55min.

Handy walking and cycling trial and track by the ocean and Saltwater Creek. Can be done by anyone including family with young children and dogs. Cycling track is very popular. Track can be extended up to Jack point lighthouse and even further. Parking is not...More
