A tourist trap... but for only a few lei it's a harmless bit of fun I suppose if you have a few spare minutes and want to say you did it. The house is not even the real house where Vlad was born. This one...More

Good place to take some funny photos, especially if you're interested in Vlad Tepes or Dracula. Visit takes just a few minutes.

The house is famous for being the birth place of Vlad, but there is a charge of 5 Lei per person to visit the room, but although there is a surprise waiting, we thought that they could have done more with the facility.

I wanted to visit this place for a loooooong time. You need to pay extra to enter the Vlad's room and it's like a small horror house. I enjoyed the crepe there.

As previous comments have noted, it was two rooms adjunct to a restaurant (which I didn't try), basically redesigned to be an immensely campy horror house complete with a fake corpse in the coffin which jumps up at you suddenly, as well as a gigantic...More

Vlad's birthplace ! The house where Vlad spent in the early years of his life, near the clock tower. It has now been converted to a restaurant.
