Great place to sip a cold brew while experiencing fun atmosphere of Juneau. Heads never stop turning as you look at the silly fun decor starting with the saw dust floor.

Fun place with live music and waitresses dressed in saloon uniforms of days gone by. It is packed with all sorts of memorablia and stuffed animals and flags, the vibe of the wild wild west in Alaska!

We arrived late in the afternoon and the Red Dog was crowded with cruise shippers - should we wait in line or not? Well we did wait and some more members of our group arrived so there was about a dozen Aussies in total. We...More

Piano player is funny and entertaining. Sawdust floor, animals on the walls, just a fun place to stop for a drink and or a snack as we did. The dusty animals can use a little cleaning but worth the stop.

Extremely crowded, extremely long wait to get in and the food was extremely average! Atmosphere had a fun vibe. We were there for late lunch/early dinner. Perhaps just stopping in for a drink would be a better option.

You must visit this saloon and enter through the swinging doors, walk across the sawdust laden floor, and be hosted by a "floozy" dressed in a costume of the day with decolletage revealing a lot of cleavage. In the back of the bar area, there...More

We had a great time here. Such a unique place with all the decor & the piano player. Wished we could have spent more time here but were short of time. Recommend all who visit Juneau to stop in here.

My husband and I stopped in here while in Juneau. We didn’t have any of the food, but had a few beers. We went mostly for the novelty, which is the fun of this place. When inside, you do feel like you are stepping back...More

It is within walking distance (if fit) as you can see the ship from town, but this was deceptive as it was further than it looked! However, we got on the free shuttle bus which picks up from the bus station in the middle of... More
