This review is for FADs deli. What a great find! The owner Maria is exceptional and will treat you like a star. We fished a few days and took our catch to FADs to be vacuum packed and frozen. They did a great job at a fair price. My favorite fish is tuna but we did not catch any. When we returned to pick up our fish, we found that as a surprise Maria had included some of her own tuna among the fish I was sent home with! What a wonderful and kind thing to do.
We ordered wraps to take on the boat with us several days. The chicken wraps were amazing, but the Italian wrap OMG. My husband and I agree FADs Italian wrap is the best we have ever tasted.
Thank you FADs and Maria - we will be back!

I love love love Marina Pez Vela. We took two charters out of there and we had coffee and lunch a few times. I liked it so much I posted a video of the place reviewing it on YOuTube entitled. “Marina Pez Vela, Costa Rica”. The stores, restaurants and the coffee house are prime venues. I highly recommend a walk around and lunch.

Little stores and restaurants in the marina plenty of boats to look at. The highlight was watching the iguana probably 100+ running around parking underground

Beautiful,well equipped condos with awe-inspiring views of marina,mountains, and ocean. Very comfortable beds. Very large unit with fabulous deck and rooftop pool. Concierge was very helpful - stocked the fridge prior to arrival, helped setup Covid testing for return to US, available to assist with day trips and airport transfers. Wonderful place

It may not be the newest with Suenoes and Guanacaste, but it is by far the best. Best location and best service. If you are looking for your marina, this is the one for sure.

The marina is very nice with some restaurants and a great place to have a drink. Quepos town is a little dingy and Marina Pez Vela is quite nice in contrast.

We used the marina for a fishing trip and also for just strolling in the day and evening. A number of nice shops and restaurants all with a relaxed feel (although not the cheapest in CR).
