Loved this spot. Calming and chill. A small walk down to a quiet and gorgeous little inlet where the water is emerald green, warm, with small waves and very picturesque overall Saw monkeys and a 2-toed blonde sloth in the trees right along the beach-...More

A small hidden beach wich i called the Romantic place. That is what i felt. Arriving there after crossing the jungle thanks to the path of the Shana Hotel, was just an incredible experience. So beautiful.

We are so glad to have found this beach. It is a little tucked away, there is a 5-10 minute trail walk from the road to get to the beach. But once you are there, it is stunning. My husband and I went twice! The...More

A little off the beaten path, but worth the very short hike. Perfect water, with breathtaking views. No panhandling like on the main beach.

You can't get there by bus but taxi ride down from the main road (618) was only 1,500 colones. On the way back you can come back to the same spot and just wait for someone else arrive by taxi - so you can take...More

So beautiful and relaxing beach. We went there everyday morning times while we were staying at the Shana hotel which has a direct access to this small paradise. No waves, calm and the nature makes the difference. Go for it, it is a hidden paradise.

We went to this beach because I had read that it was more of a "locals" beach that was a little harder to get to. If you didn't know it was there, you probably wouldn't go to it. We were staying in Quepos, so it...More

I can say playa biesanz is the best one at Manuel Antonio , it's a quite clean beach. I had the chance to go easily there from the shana hotel where I stayed because there's a nice walking path.

While this is a fantastic beach for sand, snorkeling, and generally calmer/flatter water, it does face almost due north and so I suspect you will be unable to watch a sunset from this beach! I would recommend heading to... More

Shana hotel is lovely and Biesanz beach is an easy walk from the hotel -5-10 minutes at most. It is s beautiful quite beach, perfect with a baby. Getting up to the main road is much more difficult.
