My children were 7, 8, and 13 when we went. The 13 year old was the only one who did everything. My 7 year old jumped off the 10 ft cliff and loved it. Matt also showed her how to find clay rocks to make paint. The 8 year old, normally my daredevil, was too scared to do any of the jumps. However, while is is all around my most daring child, he is the one the most afraid of heights. If your kids could look over a two or three story railing without seeming the least bit scared, they might be able to do it. If they seem skittish at all around heights, I would say probably not. It is surprisingly difficult to do the first jump, and if they can’t get over that first hurdle, it is hard for them to try the bigger jumps.
