We tried all of the restaurants, rode the yellow banana, jet skied, walked the beach and purchased local goods! I highly recommend hanging out at Aqua Sport because they have lounge chairs! We had lovely meals at Roberto’s, La Casita Del Mariscos and Aqua Sports.

This is a great beach for swimming - snorkeling and fishing. I caught a 15 pound Blue Fin Tuna in short time about a half mile off shore...Many family boating business to cater to your water sports desire and friendly bring fresh fruit and drinks for long excursions.

Fun beach, parking isn’t bad to get. Solid sunset and the sand is nicer than playa del coco. Recommend the visit!

Rent a car, a taxi to the next beach 8 km away is $12. Uber outside of Liberia isn't an option. A coconut and a straw on the beach was $2, everything else is expensive.

We stayed in the Villa Acacia about 150 meters from the beach so it was an easy walk. If you want you can go and have chairs at the restaurant on the beach. As long as tou buy a drink or some lunch you can lounge there all day. The beach is plenty long in both directions for nice power walks or liesurly strolls. The Villa also let us take sand chairs to bring to the beach. Get there and set up early to garnish some shade under the trees!…
