This is hand down, the best dive shop I could have chosen to go through for my trip. From start to finish the communication (whats app and quick responses), friendliness (honestly, Rocky is the greatest), hospitality (snacks and drinks provided) and flexibility for the best dives of the day made my trip so much more exciting and fun. I got to see so many new fish, Sharks, rays, turtles and octopus!!! Rocky was patient and interactive. Leonardo was kind and communicative even when we didn’t understand each other (Spanish - English). The boat Captain always made sure I had snacks available. Thank you, thank you for an incredible experience guys. I will definitely be coming back and go through Rockdivers ❤️

What an amazing and authentic diving school! We can only recommend you guys to spend some diving days with Rocky and his crew, if you want to have a personalised experience in super small groups far away from mass tourism and overcrowded boats. Highly competent crew in a super friendly environment - feels more like diving with friends rather than anything else. So pack your staff and visit this beautiful place.

Highly recommended. We had a day trip to the Bat islands and we saw different kinds of sharks and turtles. Rocky is knowledgeable, easy going and gives clear directions. We felt safe at all times. We enjoyed the boat trip as much as the dives. Adrian and Carlos

Rocky and his crew, Manuel and Leonard, made us feel right at home and more like friends than tourists. Once we arrived in Playa Del Coco we found the yellow boat and parked right on the beach. We were able to walk right onto the boat. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the gear set up and ready for us to dive. Rocky was very friendly and professional. It had been awhile since our last dive so I was a bit nervous. Rocky answered all of my questioned and made me feel comfortable. The boat was stocked full of snacks and drinks available to us at any time. Once we got out to the first site we geared up and back rolled into the water. We ended up seeing around 6 or 7 bull Sharks! At one point I was having trouble with my buoyancy and Leonard was quick to see it and added a couple to me while we were underwater. I saw a ray, lots of Eels, sea fans, and tons of fish and undersea life. I felt safe and at ease but not hovered over like other dive tours I've done in Hawaii and St. Lucia. After the first dive we took a break in some calm waters by the ranger station and snacked on some delicious fruit, sweet breads, Empanadas, and individually wrapped ham sandwiches and vegetable and ranch packs. All of the food was delicious. Our second dive was at Black Rock...I can't quite remember. On this dive we did a full circle around the rock and Once again saw so much. White Tip Sharks and tons of fish. I was upset I didnt bring my camera but Rocky got both dives on his goPro! After the dive we were offered more food and some beer to relax on our ride back to shore. Rocky has been in the country 17 years and gave us many recommendations on places to see and eat. Even after the tour he responded to my messages after I forgot the names of the places. I highly recommend this shop and will know right where to go on any future trips to CR.

I can’t believe this isn’t #1 on the list! Diving with Rocky was an amazing experience. They cater to all your needs. From fresh fruit to hot tea. A very friendly boat captain to a snuggly canine. This has something for everyone. From experienced to notice divers, you’ll find something magical. Weather you’d like to overcome a fear of sharks, or swim with a whale on your second chance in life. This is where you go to feel it all. A big thank you to Rocky, Manuel, Havoc and the other divers I had the pleasure to share this with. Jo
