I like this place, I really really do! The place is technically a zoo, but showcases the ones living underwater, and those reptilians / amphibians animals. Highly informative, with clear descriptions of the animals on display. I recalled be8ng able to touch the starfish, but all other animals are out of bounds. Clean, and noy smelly! That is my pet peeve, and that is also the reason I prefer this place to others. Fun, family-bonding time. It suits the kids just fine, and adults alike. Highly recommended!…

Upside: This aquarium make up the small size with technology, it features a 4D cinema, VR experience, interactive content and lots more fun activity to keep your young kid occupied. Downside: The variety of species is little and the aqurium size is small.

Can’t say we didn’t enjoy the visit to the place but there is no “wow” to it either. The aquatic display is interesting enough to entertain the kids (below 10yrs), and there is enough interactive items (touching some of the fishes n answering the quizzes) to make the visit interesting. But one also notices that the upkeep of the place is poor. Some fishes or even the king Alaska crab was replaced but the display label was not updated. Some display labels were simply removed. The feeding pond is sadly filled space..... don’t bother paying 10RM for the little box of fish-flesh.…

For those who went to the Aquarium at KL dont waste time go to this one at Melaka. Is way smaller then the one in KL and is quite expensive. Not worth it...
