This was a planned visit for the kids , while some of adults checked for future venue we were planning . There are lots of interesting exhibits on local history and living ( I believe all the structures except Church were moved there from area)....More

House tour was self guided. Probably better if guided. Wonderful view from bluff. Historic park was the best. Old cabins moved to site to form a village. Interactive displays children would enjoy. Live animals, mule, goats, pig. Need half day to walk through. Longer if...More

Spent a few hours wandering around the house and grounds. The docent was a little distracted by some small children but otherwise was good. Site could use some more signage geared towards adults too.
