We had a fantastic afternoon at the cemetery. We learned a lot about the history of Gadsden. Lots of celebraties were 'alive' for 1 day, and told us the story of their life. Especially the family Woodliff who bought the first 10 acres of land...More

This is a wonderful event. I have friends who have participated. My parents are buried at Forrest Cemetery. I was portrayed my father for A Walk Through Time in 2013. A lot of people come out for this event. It's a very unique experience.

This is the type of thing that either interests you or it doesn't.. It's in a very questionable area that is ok during the day time but I would not go alone and would not be around when the street lights come on.

Old city cemetery well kept. Civil war graves and markers dating to 1800's. Vet safe and maintained. Closed in evenings.
