I enjoyed facing off in the battle escape room with my friends prior to my wedding. The experience of solving puzzles with my friends was one of the best parts of my wedding week. Thank you so much for hosting us, I highly recommend this place.

Our first time doing an escape room and Escape Dothan did not disappoint! Peyton was an amazing host and made us feel very comfortable and right at home. We are considering coming back tonight to do another room!! Highly recommend if you are in the area!!

Recently, on April14th, I went with a group to try out the 'Time Warp' room. I will not give away any of the clues to the room, but several of the items of the room had not been 'reset' between groups correctly causing the room to be unsolvable for quite an extended period of time. It burned just at 15mins of our groups time, and a clue only for the moderator(game master) to then realize the room was not set correctly. We did not get reimbursed time or a clue due to their error. Then later in the room, a puzzle was set that did not function correctly which was required for the room to be solved. All this was explained to the establishment, and was at first looked at condescendingly, then when approached was told we would receive an email or call from the owner to better speak to us about our experience. We did not. While I love the concept and puzzles, I do not like failing because of faulty rooms. The price per-person is much too great for loosing to faulty puzzles. This would have been a much better experience had we been contacted.

Let me begin by saying that customer experience is our #1 priority. We stress this to our team from day one, everything we do is to make sure that everyone leaves with a smile, win or lose. That's why this review has struck me so personally, I feel that I have shorted you the experience you were there to have. I was not able to be on site that evening and what I've discovered so far it seems to be a case of 'while the cat is away, the mouse will play.' That being said, we've changed a couple of policies in order for our GameMasters to be 100% focused on the room they are running. While we've all made small mistakes in room resets (myself included) the failure to quickly recognize and correct the situation is unacceptable and will be dealt with. Thank you for your honest review, it has helped us correct some issues and make things better going forward.

Love this place. I have done all the rooms with my husband, who graciously humors my addiction.
I wish they could be played again, because I would play them constantly, but that wouldn’t be very fun when you already know the answer.
Fortunately they do retire rooms and make new experiences. Until then, I’ll be waiting patiently for my next adventure!

Such a great time at Escape Dothan last Friday. Dylan was our game host and he did such a good job and really made the experience all the more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back and I hope he's our game host again!!

The 13th Floor had great puzzles that were challenging but still solve-able. Dylan was a great guide and gave good clues. Definitely would go back!

My family and myself moved from Dothan and we try to keep up with what's new. I had talked to folks about this new place opening up called Escape Dothan and after learning of it I wanted to go. I can tell you first hand this place didn't disappoint one bit. the anticipation was well worth it and we can't wait to see what they come up with next. Mystery at the mansion room fullfilled my inner game of Clue, while Time Warp was a blast to go through. whether you make it out or not, it's the fastest, funniest hour you'll find in town.
