Monumental place with a large green stretch. It's a well kept place. Walking in the greenery towards the Cathedral with its quiet surroundings has a Calming effect. Quiet and scarcely populated.

The St. George's Cathedral is formerly known as the Church of England in olden days. It was built in 1815 AD. This place is noted for the architectural excellence. The campus is well maintained. The place is kept neat and tidy.

Strictly no photography as US Embassy is next door. I was caught by security. Beautiful church. I attended the evening mass around 6pm. Take ola / Uber to get their. Close to T Nagar.

We called in here whilst on a tuk-tuk tour of the city, calling in at places of interest. This is a beautiful Anglican church, and there were some very friendly parishioners inside who told us much about the cathedral. Set off the road near one...More

We strolled in mid morning and enjoyed our walk through the garden and into the cathedral through the side entrance. Very calm and peaceful and what a lovely building.
