They have regular bhajans; there is a shop to purchase memorabilia; abundant parking outside the gate!
Visited the temple in December 2017. Sathya sai baba devotees should not miss this place if in Chennai. Same peaceful atmosphere and vibrations as Prashanti Nilayam in Puttaparthi. I went back on a Thursday for bhajans. Blissful.

This Sundaram Sai Temple is very well organized by some dedicated Vounteers. Singing Bhajans is a best way of achieving peace of mind which is conducted only on Thursdays and Sundays. Visit the place and feel the devine atmosphere in this peaceful place.
