very old rail models are kept in this museum. you will be surprised after looking them. its a good place to visit with kids as appearance of trains is like train toys.

it was a pure waste of time. not maintained at all. they could at-least keep clean washrooms. i just want my money and time refund from them.

A nice place of visit for children, old model Railway engine and bogies are displayed,centrally located, does not take much time, closes by 5.00 pm

Visited this place with my 5 year old that loves trains and he was ecstatic to get inside the various locomotives and play the role of the Engineer. There seems to be some construction/maintenance activity in progress. I am hoping that once it is completed...More

You will find many engines and coaches of british era. You can go inside and take pics too. The museum has facility of toy train ride for both children and adults .

This place could be a great attraction if some initiative is taken and more staff employed for the upkeep etc. It has the potential to be a nice spot for families with kids.

I visited any railway museum after so many years so felt very nostalgic, feeling was awesome as I felt more young as kid. Back to details -quite small museum, kept some old versiona engines and boogies.eeas the history on the wall. There is a waste...More

The museum is within Mysore City and close to the railway station. The museum houses many engine types and carriages. I loved the steam engines of the past. There is also a small toy train ride inside. I really wish the museum was better maintained...More
