It is a monument only. You cannot enter inside. It is in the middle of a poorly maintained park. Poorly presented.

Please come during sunset, it’s nice. Free entry fees. There are many local people here selling foods, there are places for children to play, there are some stall selling souvenir

Worth a visit when in Delhi. Part of a day tour that I did. I would also advise a day tour specially if Delhi is your first stop in India

It's an arch. And a bunch of people selling things around it. Once you learn the historical significance it is a bit more interesting but - don't put it first on your list of things to see in Delhi.

Take metro from new Delhi metro station to Central Secretariat Metro station. And walk for 1 km on rajphath from there. And you will reach your destination

There are no charges to visit India Gate. It is free and can be visited anytime of the day.

I was there Sunday and it was closed already, for the Independence Day celebrations.
