The Palace on Wheels is definitely ready for her scheduled renovations, however, I'm grateful we went when we did. The POW itinerary is absolutely the best way to see Rajasthan, and the service was 5 star. Our cabin stewards Devendra and Asok, as well as...More

Our trip could not have been more perfect in India. Travelogy, the travel agent, and Palace on Wheels, a cruise on a train that is running more than 28 years. Fantastic organization, food, tours, all absolutely save. Check it out. We could not be happier...More

A truly remarkable way to see India. The Palace on Wheels is a lovely train which stops at India’s major tourist attractions in Rajasthan. Starting and ending in Delhi, this is a great way to cover over 2,500km of India! The rooms are quite compact...More

The staff members on the Palace on Wheels truly epitomize the elegance that I'm sure this train once had. I felt fortunate to have experienced the National Geographic India by Rail trip, and met so many wonderful people on the trip. As always, Nat Geo...More

This train trip does not have the value for the high cost. The train is like a model for a train during the Raj and seems that old and shabby--like it has not been updated since the 1940's. The service by two staff was attentive...More
