This place is very close to Kandy and is attractive for its huge standing Buddha statue. There is a small circuit along the hill with different scenes telling the history of Buddha`s life. A nice small walk. Entrance is 300 rupee.

It cost about 400 rupees to get here from the botannical garden. It costs another 300 to get inside. Really enjoyed it here. Lots of nice statues in a really nice environment. No other tourists were there when I went. Highly recommended.
