This is another Buddha statue. Take off your shoes before you get close. I was expecting something more spectacular but it was not coloured, or as big as I expected.

It is a Buddha. It isn’t the biggest, thought it is supposed to be the most exquisite in Sri Lanka. I didn’t think so, but it’s worth a visit if you are in the neighbourhood

This is another beautiful temple area to visit.The Buddha statue in the middle. The surrounding area has shady trees .

this statue of Buddha is situated in a small area but important to see. Remember that shoes and hats are not allowed in the temple vicinity.

It is inside the park. and you can sit and stay peaceful. wonderful art craft. i liked Buddha statues in Sri Lanka, they are different then those seen in Thailand.
