It is what it is. Might as well go have a peek on the way to something more interesting Like with most things in montenegro a bit more information for the visitors would be good

This impressive statue is located on the waterfront at the base of the breakwater. He looks up at the city and fortress he established. Lots of restaurants along the shore too.
