It is a perfect walkway along the bay which was formerly the railtrack of the railway called Giro, that came here from Mostar (via Dubrovnik and Cavtat).

This promenade (setaliste), offers a wonderful opportunity to walk a good few kilometres / miles right next to the sea. It is a pedestrian area and only at certain times vehicles are allowed passage for access. It is lovely not to breathe any exhaust fumes...More

The promenade is actually impressive! We started walking from Herceg Novi and ended up in Igalo. There are a few beaches and a lot of places to go for a swim, eat, deink or but souvenirs along the promenade.

Herceg Novi was our first stop in Montenegro. He only had a brief walk around just to take in the sites and stop off at the promenade for a drink. There’s nothing particularly interesting going on but the surrounding landscape is well worth taking in...More

A long promenade, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views while walking. It is very long (some 6 km), but each part has something interesting to enjoy. the large cactus trees, hanging above the promenade are really impressive.
