Really interesting story behind this tradition. Minimal trek to the cave and the coffins are just at the entrance. We weren’t able to book a guide at the tourist center but we got one on the spot (a guide was required for 200 pesos). Would’ve...More

I think it is better to take the "Cave connection" package. You get more. It is a little bit more demanding, but I think anyone who do sport can do it. There wasn't anyone else so it was truly an adventure. Sumaging cave was full...More

We were here long ago when there was no iron gate to obstruct the view of the coffins. By the way, my old photographs showed more coffins then. The gate was installed to deter the theft of archaeological artifacts, but what good does it do...More

Nice cave, walk through water most of the way that is knee deep at its deepest. Bring a headlamp and water shoes would be a good idea, although flip flops would be fine too.

It takes you about 4-5 hours, just to finish all the caves. It was a dangerous, extreme, and risk activity for all who wants to try the cave exploration, due to the fact that you're going to fit yourself into tiny holes for you to...More

We did the tour where you go into one cave and exit through another 4 hours later. You definitely have to be a bit athletic and I recommend wearing pants (we wore leggings) because your sliding around on rock and could easily get cut. There's...More

A short walk through trees and a flight steps down leads to the entrance of the cave. Before the cave mouth there is an area to view the cave from, after which it is a steep scramble into the cave. I couldn't manage to get...More

For your own safely dont enter that cave .. there are other caves on the planet where better rock formations can be seen . This is nothing to do with fitness, its a death trap and should be advertised as such. There is a... More

Yes, upon arriving you need to register on their Old Municipal Hall for 35php/pax. Regarding with the Lumiang Cave Connection, it's 400/pax if you are 2 or more and different price if you are just 1 or 2 person.
