Well organized and chronologically coherent, this small museum has some real treasures from the pre-Inca cultures that dominated the area.

The highlight of that tour was the diorama of the Nazca Lines. There are also huacos and relics of ancient pre-inca cultures. A definite must!

This was well worth doing. More than other museums it shows the technology of the Paracus culture (most sophisticated) to Nazca to Inca (least sophisticated).

Was impressed with the quality here, good museum that goes through many of the eras from pre-Inkan through to the end of the Inka reign, artifacts are presented nicely and there is a good amount to see. We spent about 1.5 hrs here.
