Avoid during rainy season. Leeches. Unless well protected against leechess not worth. The trail itself is a good walk. Thick tropical rain forest with all the sounds of the jungle that we have forgotten.

We were a group of 4 adults in our 20's, reasonably fit, and this trail was suitable in terms of difficulty, as opposed to Hemmant Trail which was WAY too easy for us. Towards the end of Bishop trail we were chased by scores of...More

Went hiking here as it was just 150m from where we stayed, Silver Park Resort. The trail is 1.5km, moderate in difficulty, with some parts going uphill and some parts going downhill. Can look out for birds, monkeys, squirrels, insects. Nice to look at the...More

Loved this path and the sights and sounds. Again I couldn't identify anything being under the canopy and constantly looking up. I could hear the monkeys. Well sign posted. Carries a leech warning in the rainy season.

The Bishop Trail is rather challenging, with many steep paths. We went after a rain so the paths were quite slippery at some places and it can be dangerous if you are not wearing proper footwear. The forest is infested with lots of leeches so...More

Scenery wise, this trail is awesome as it overlooks the forest canopy with many chances of rare bird sightings. However, this trail is currently undergoing maintenance - to reinforce rope railings & wooden / stone steps. For those who still insist on taking the challenge...More
