Good location but requires the visitors to climb thousands of steps to get to the statue. The steps are at varying heights and widths. There are no hand rails and if you fall you could be in trouble. I would not recommend this for people with...More

The place is near the southern most part of Vung Tau, maybe even Vietnam, and accessible by a scenic beach walking path from my hotel, located 2 km away. The 800 steps up is tiring but there are several rest stops. Some youths spent a...More

A fairly steep walk up a number of steps to the statue. Statue was very crowded inside and took 40 minites to climb to the top from inside. Too many people inside should be regulated. It is very tight going up and down. The view...More

Strenuous, many steps with reasonable grade. Hot and humid weather makes things for difficult. Eventually you reach the statue and can go inside and get a view from His shoulders. I couldn't make it all the way, it was very claustrophobic with narrow and steep...More

You need to climb around 200 stairs before get to the statue. When you arrived at the statue, you still can go the statue's shoulder using stairs. So you must prepare your self because it has long queue to get there, also you cannot standing...More

We wanted to see the Jesus, but unfortunately it was not open. There was now sign whatsoever saying that it was close at the bottom of the stairs, which was quite annoying. When we had to pay for the parking the guard screamed at us...More
