It was an amazing experience, one should feel that. After taking bath at the agneetheertham we went for holy bath at the 22 wells in the temple premises. And did abhishekam and went for darshanam.

A must visit temple if you are near Rameswaram. Busy but was not really crowded when we visited. Amazing architecture. The size and complexity of the temple is mind-boggling.

The temple was beautiful although we nearly got into a stampede but all was ok in the end. They should have crowd control. Bathing in the water of 21 wells was a really good experience.
