Climate needs to be good when you view this place. Even though it may not be a worth sightseeing location, since we were already in Kodai, visited this spot, since it was on the way to pine forest.

The pillar rocka at kodaikanal offer a truly scenic view with the clods hanging by the tall pillar shaped rocks. A word of advise. Start early and reach there before 9am. First the cloud cover is low and the piller rocks can be seen very...More

We reached there on misty day and my review may be biased. They have charged an entry ticket and let you into a small gate. you could actually watch the rock from outside. I would suggest to just halt

The entry to this place closes at 5pm and would recommend a visit forenoon. It is a beautiful sight and the pillar rocks are very imposing. Some touristy stores add to the charm here. Do visit when in Kodaikanal.

The pillars are famous for providing bird's view of nearby surroundings. The chambers between these two massive rocks are called the Devil's Kitchen. do not forget taste the potato and onion bhaji which is served outside the mini garden.

The pillar rock just another viewing spot in the tourist attractions that Kodaikanal has to offer. It's mainly just two tall rocks which look like a pillar from the view point. But the thing is that it's very misty up here and when you stand...More
